Paisaje Sonoro #3 / Reflexión y Refracción (Spanish translation to English: Reflection and Refraction) is a site-specific installation and performance presented by generative artist, Magdalena Hart, cofounder of the collective Akyute, in collaboration with Camila Fernández, Nicolás Galván and Josefina Alagia.
Throughout an hour, Josefina Alagia documented the intra-action (Barad, 2007) between the artist and space/time immersion in technological nature. The public was guided through the experimentation process taken forward whilst the soundscape was being generated through the biodata visualization system emitted from the plants temporarily inhabiting the rooftop of the CCE.
The installation evokes elemental materials such as light, water, air, earth, and electricity for the creation of the biophilic piece in constant transition and dialogue. Breaking through the limits between the interior and exterior of the architectural design of the space to re-establish our connections between the human species and our natural environment. This piece in particular was focused on the sensorial stimulations produced by the optic properties, colours, and perceptions of the elements in movement.
The dialogue was opened towards what it means to be human inhabiting the natural environment to challenge our perceptions of non-human intelligences. By defining new relations with complex systems, we introduce alternative narratives to reflect and question our future.
This is the fifth prototype of an ongoing project developed by Akyute in 2019, with the objective of evidencing the intangible reflection of nature.

Reflexión y Refracción es una instalación site-specific y performance presentada por Artista Generativa Magdalena Hart (@magohart), cofundadora del colectivo Akyute (@akyute_) en colaboración con Camila Fernández (@estudiodelespacio); Josefina Alagia (@helloyozy) y Nicolás Galván (@nicofeast), diseñado para el FAP-TEK 2021.
Durante una hora @helloyozy registró la intra-acción (Barad, 2007) de la artista inmersa en un espacio / tiempo de naturaleza tecnológica. Mientras nos guiaba por su proceso de experimentación en la construcción de un paisaje sonoro generativo, a través del sistema de visualización de biodata emitida por parte de la flora que habitó temporalmente la azotea del CCE.
La instalación evoca materiales elementales tales como la luz, agua, aire, tierra y electricidad para la creación de una pieza biofílica en constante transición y diálogo. Quiebra las fronteras entre el interior y exterior del diseño arquitectónico del espacio para restablecer nuestros vínculos entre la naturaleza y el ser humano. Centrándose en los estímulos sensoriales producidos por la propiedades ópticas, colores y percepciones de los elementos en movimiento.
Se abrió diálogo sobre lo que significa ser humano habitando el entorno natural para desafiar nuestra percepción de las inteligencias non-humanas. Al definir nuevas relaciones con sistemas complejos, introducimos narrativas alternativas para reflexionar y cuestionar nuestro futuro
Es es un proyecto que viene en desarrollo desde el 2019 junto a Akyute con el fin de dejar en evidencia el reflejo intangible de la naturaleza.
